Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Every paid plan offers monthly billing. Annual just saves you about 17%.
What counts toward my seat cap?
Anyone who receives the daily question uses a seat. Admins and Managers don't use a seat unless you also flag them as a recipient on the Members page. In practice: add as many Admins and Managers as you want for free. Only people you're actually listening to count.
What do I get when I upgrade from Free?
Every feature. Unlimited campaigns, custom and AI-drafted question banks, AI-powered response insights, Health Score trends, weekly digests, Touchpoints, annual PDF exports, and opt-in identification mode. The only thing that changes between Starter, Pro, and Business is the size of group we're sized to support.
Is there a limit on how many campaigns I can run?
On any paid plan, no. Run as many simultaneous campaigns as you want for different teams, different cadences, different themes.
Can my members see results?
Only the campaign manager sees results. When the manager wants to share, they create a Touchpoint: a snapshot they choose to publish to the group.
Do members need to create an account?
No. Members confirm their email once and then just tap an answer link each day. Account creation is optional and only needed to view Health Score results and Touchpoints.
What happens if I cancel?
You stay on your plan until the end of the billing period, then automatically downgrade to Free. Your campaigns pause; no data is deleted for 90 days.
