What you'll do
Type a sentence describing what you want to learn from your team, and get a starter question bank you can edit and use.
Steps
- Go to Question Banks and click New bank.
- Click Let AI draft this.
- Type your prompt. Be specific about who you're asking and what you're trying to learn.
- Click Generate.
- Review the draft. Edit, remove, or add questions.
- Click Save.
How to write a good prompt
Tell the model three things: who you're asking, what you're trying to learn, and any context that matters.
- "A pulse for new senior engineers, focused on whether they have the context they need to ship without escalation."
- "Manager check-ins for a team that just merged from a recent acquisition. Looking for clarity, trust, and any friction with the new processes."
The clearer your prompt, the closer the draft lands.
Common questions
- Can I regenerate if the first draft is off? Yes. Edit your prompt and click Regenerate. The draft is replaced.
