What a Touchpoint is

A Touchpoint is a short note from an Admin or Manager to the team. It's not a question and it's not anonymous; your name is on it.

A Touchpoint also signals to the team that an issue has been heard, and that there's a follow-up plan. It turns "we asked" into "we acted."

Where to find them

  • Admins and Managers: the Touchpoints page in the sidebar.
  • Members: the My Touchpoints page in the sidebar, plus an email when a new one is published.
