What you'll do
Decide who in your organization gets the campaign's questions. You have two options.
Option 1: A group
Send to a specific group, like "Engineering" or "New hires Q2". Good when the campaign is for a particular team or cohort.
If you don't have groups yet, see Use groups to send the right questions to the right teams. Groups are the cleanest way to keep audiences organized over time.
Option 2: Specific people
Pick individuals from your member list. Specific-people audiences include only the people you select; add new members manually as needed, or move to a group.
How to change the audience
Open the campaign and click Edit audience. The change takes effect on the next send.
People who were in the audience and aren't anymore stop getting questions immediately. People newly added start getting questions on the next scheduled send.
Common questions
- Can I exclude specific people from a group campaign? Yes. Edit the audience and remove them by name. The group itself isn't affected.
- Can the same person be in two campaigns? Yes. They'll get one question per active campaign per day, on the same schedule.
- What about Members vs Managers? Both can be the audience. Roles are about what they can see in the app, not whether they get questions.
