Upgrade or cancel

Change your plan or end your subscription.

What you'll do

Change to a higher plan or cancel your subscription.

Upgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Change plan.
  3. Pick the new plan.
  4. Confirm.

Higher-tier features unlock immediately. Seat counts come with the plan you pick. If your team grows past your current plan's limit, upgrade to the next plan.

Cancel

  1. Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Cancel subscription.
  3. Confirm.

Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period, then it ends. You can reactivate from the same page.
