What you'll learn
The Health Score is the headline number on your campaign dashboard. This page explains what it represents and how to use it.
What the Health Score means
It's a single number on a 0 to 100 scale that summarizes how your team is feeling, based on the answers people have given to the questions you've sent. Higher is better. The score moves a little each day as new answers come in, and over time it tells you whether the team is heading in a healthier or rougher direction.
The exact formula is something we tune over time as we learn what makes the number most useful. The point isn't the math; the point is that you have one consistent signal that turns thousands of individual answers into something a manager can read at a glance.
How managers use it
Watch the trend, not the number. A score that's drifting down is the signal to act, even if the absolute number still looks fine. A score that's holding steady through a tough quarter is its own win.
The dashboard shows the last 30, 60, and 90 day trends. That's the most useful view. A short snapshot can be misleading; the trend tells you whether you're improving, holding, or slipping.
When you see the score move, the per-question breakdown on the dashboard is where you go next to figure out which themes are pulling the number up or down. That's where you decide what to act on.
What the score doesn't tell you
The score doesn't tell you who answered, who's struggling, or what to do about it. By design. It points you at a question, not a person, and trusts you to follow up with the right conversation, the right Touchpoint, or the right change to the campaign.
When the score updates
The score recalculates as new responses come in. The dashboard always shows the latest.
Common questions
- Why is the score the same as yesterday? A single day of new answers usually moves the average only a little. The trend line over weeks tells you more than the day-over-day number.
- Why is the score different from what I'd expect? Your gut is reading recent conversations. The score is the average of every answer to date across the whole team. They can drift apart, and that's often where the most useful conversation is.
- Can I see the score per question? Yes. The dashboard shows a per-question breakdown so you can see which themes are driving the overall number.
