What your team sees when a Touchpoint arrives

The notification email

When you publish a Touchpoint, every person in the audience gets an email. The subject line is the title you wrote. The body is the body you wrote, plus a link to view it inside Daily Question. Your name is on it as the sender.

The Touchpoints inbox

Members have a My Touchpoints page in their sidebar. It lists every Touchpoint they've received, newest first.

Notifications

A badge on the bell icon at the top of the app shows unread Touchpoints. Once they open one, the badge clears.

Common questions

  • Can they reply? Not from within the application. Use your normal channels (email, 1:1, your team's chat tool) for a back-and-forth.
  • Can I see who's read it? No. Touchpoints don't have read receipts.
  • What about Members who joined after the Touchpoint was sent? They don't get back-dated notifications. The Touchpoint stays visible in the inbox if they were in the audience at send time.
