Invite your first teammate

How to add people to your organization so they start getting daily questions.

What you'll do

Add a teammate to your organization. They'll get a welcome email right away, and the daily question starts arriving at the next normal send time. No acceptance step required.

Before you start

  • You need to be an Admin to invite people.
  • Have their email address ready.

Steps

  1. Go to Members in the sidebar.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Type their email. You can paste several at once, separated by commas, to invite a group.
  4. Pick a role: Admin, Manager, or Member. (Default is Member.)
  5. Click Send invite.

They'll get a welcome email that explains what's coming. The first daily question lands at the next send window for any campaigns they're in. If they want to manage settings or view results, they can set up an account from the welcome email at any time.

The "set up account" link in the welcome email is good for seven days. The daily questions keep flowing whether they set up an account or not.

What each role can do

  • Admin can do everything: create campaigns, invite people, see Health Scores, manage billing.
  • Manager can run campaigns and see results for their groups, but can't invite people or change billing.
  • Member answers daily questions. They don't see other people's answers or any analytics.

For the full breakdown, see Admin, Manager, Member: who can do what.

Common questions

  • How many people can I invite? Up to your plan's seat limit.
  • Do they have to do anything to start receiving? No. Daily questions arrive automatically. Setting up an account is optional, only needed if they want to manage their own email settings or view history.
  • Can they stop the emails? Yes. Every email has a one-click Unsubscribe link in the footer. See Stop or restart your team's emails.
  • Can I invite by SSO? Yes, if your organization signs in with Google or Microsoft. They can sign in with one click when they're ready to manage settings.
  • What if they don't get the email? Check the Members page and click Resend invite. If that still fails, ask them to check their spam folder.
