What you'll do
Download a copy of your data, or delete your account.
Export your data
- Go to My profile → Privacy.
- Click Request data export.
A download link is emailed to your account email.
Delete your account
- Go to My profile → Privacy.
- Click Delete my account.
- Confirm.
If you're the only Admin in an organization, you'll be prompted to promote someone else first.
Delete the entire organization
If you're an Admin and want to delete the whole organization, go to Settings → Organization → Delete organization. All members, campaigns, and Touchpoints are removed.
