Before you start
You need to be an Admin or Manager.
Steps
- Go to Touchpoints in the sidebar and click New Touchpoint.
- Pick the audience: a specific campaign, a group, or your whole org.
- Write a title.
- Write the body.
- Click Preview to see what your team will see.
- Click Publish.
The Touchpoint sends right away. Your team gets a notification and sees it in their My Touchpoints inbox.
Common questions
- Can I edit after publishing? Yes. Edits show with an "edited" tag and the new version is what people see.
- Can I delete one? Yes. From the Touchpoint, click Delete. Your team's notifications stay, but the linked content shows as removed.
- Can a Member send a Touchpoint? No. Only Admins and Managers can publish.
