Write and publish a Touchpoint

How to send a short note to your team.

Before you start

You need to be an Admin or Manager.

Steps

  1. Go to Touchpoints in the sidebar and click New Touchpoint.
  2. Pick the audience: a specific campaign, a group, or your whole org.
  3. Write a title.
  4. Write the body.
  5. Click Preview to see what your team will see.
  6. Click Publish.

The Touchpoint sends right away. Your team gets a notification and sees it in their My Touchpoints inbox.

Common questions

  • Can I edit after publishing? Yes. Edits show with an "edited" tag and the new version is what people see.
  • Can I delete one? Yes. From the Touchpoint, click Delete. Your team's notifications stay, but the linked content shows as removed.
  • Can a Member send a Touchpoint? No. Only Admins and Managers can publish.
