What you'll do
Tidy up your campaign list. Rename a campaign for clarity, archive an old one to get it out of view, or delete one for good.
Rename
Open the campaign, click Edit, and change the name. Save.
The new name shows up everywhere immediately, including on the dashboard, in your members' email subject lines, and in your reports.
Renaming is safe. It doesn't affect responses or scheduling.
Archive
Open the campaign and click Archive. The campaign moves out of the main Campaigns list and into the Archived section.
Archiving is the right move when:
- A campaign has Ended and you want it off your default view.
- You're keeping the data for the record but don't need to see it daily.
Archived campaigns keep all their responses. You can unarchive at any time and they pop back into the main list.
Delete
Open the campaign, click More, then Delete campaign. Confirm.
Deletion is permanent. All responses tied to the campaign are removed. There's no undo.
Use delete sparingly. If you might want the data later, archive instead.
Common questions
- Can I rename an active campaign? Yes. Renaming is allowed in any state.
- Will my team see the new name? Yes, on the next email they receive.
- Why can't I delete a campaign with responses? You can, but we make you confirm twice. Deletion is permanent and there's no recovery.
